Who rocked it better? 2NE1's Bom or SNSD's Jessica

Both of them looked gorgeous with that black dress. I've got to say Jessica's overall appearance with a blondie hairstyle and her black feathered hat made her looked extra classy but I just don't like how that pic made her look like a bit fatter. Focusing on the dress itself, I'd say Bommie worked it better cause it fits her really well and I'm loving her belt. Anyhow, they're both stunningly beautiful.
