2NE1 finally debuted on MBC Music Core today. They have performed their debut song 'Fire' and a shorter version of 'I Don't Care'. Watching this made me a bit teary eyes, I just realized how much I miss them performing on stage. Although quite disappointed that they didn't perform 'Try to Follow Me' I am still happy to see them again. Please comeback soon, 2NE1!

SK Telcom Open 11st held a ‘2NE1 clothes charity auction’ from 11th February and the results as seen from 19th February, the girls have received a total bid price of over 10 million KRW.
The starting bid for the charity auction starts from 1000 KRW, and as of 8pm on 19th February there have been 1205 bids, and all the 4 sets of clothes put up for auctions have received a total of 11 KRW in bid price. And the best-selling set of clothes is from Sandara Park’s which has fetched a price of 3.17 million KRW in price currently, and as for the rest of the members the current bidding price is 2.5 KRW.
The clothes on auction is the clothes the girls wore for their special delivery event CF filming for 11st – CL with the dandy look, Park Bom with the modern look, Sandara Park with the cute look and MinJi with the sporty look style.
It's so cute that most of the people voted for Dara. As much as I love her, I'd pick Bom's set instead. Heh. Although Dara's set is quite weirdly cute too.

2NE1 is up #1 with their new song ‘Try To Be Like Me’ on Monkey3 weekly chart for the 2nd week of February (8th~14th February).
With 2NE1’s sudden appearance as #1 on the chart, So Nyeo Shi Dae’s ‘Oh’ which has been #1 up on the chart for the past 2 weeks goes down 1 position to the #2 spot. And the song ‘Star Star Star’ by So Nyeo Shi Dae which was #4 last week slides down 6 positions to be at #10. A Monkey3 official said, “2NE1’s strong personality has surpassed the cheerleader concept by the So Nyeo Shi Dae.”
2NE1 also surpassed many strong ballad singers. Min KyungHoon who was from Buzz is #5 on the chart with his solo song ‘Because It Hurts, It is love”, K Will’s new song for SBS drama ‘Obstetrics and Gynecology OST’ rose up 45 positions to be at #6 position. Kim JongKook’s ‘This Person’ also rose up 1 position to take the #8 spot.
The Monkey3 music enterprise team leader Lee JungKyu commented, “We are expecting to see 2NE1 ‘Try To Be Like Me’, release without any preview, continue to gain popularity. And many eyes are on how the showdown between 2NE1 and So Nyeo Shi Dae on the charts will turn out.”

YG Entertainment’s hot 4 female group 2NE1, has just been confirmed for a comeback via MBC Music Core!
It’s been approximately 9 months since the girls debuted and this will be their first performance on an MBC music program, due to political issues between the two companies, YG Entertainment and MBC. But all of that has apparently been settled, so fans will be able to see these girls 3 times a week on the major music programs, well maybe even 4 times, once Mnet’s M! Countdown returns on air. 2NE1 will make their Music Core comeback with their latest single, “Try to copy me,” on the 20th – stay tuned!

OMG! This is going to be awesome. For the first time, the girls will be able to perform in Music Core. Not to mention they're going to perform "Try to Follow/Copy Me" instead of their debut song "Fire". I'm anticipating how they will be able to perform it. Haven't watched 'The Leaders' yet? Well now is your time. These three are the coolest leaders ever! I love the intro and all of them are really cool. I can't get over how HOT G-Dragon and Teddy are and not to mention CL too. But I hope the stylist could've let CL wore leggings or pants. I couldn't really look at her properly with her clothes like that. Anyhoo, they did really great and I'm so proud with our leaders!

There are much expectations that 2NE1 member Sandara Park will not only be promoting as a singer but will also be widening the scope to acting.
Sandara Park was preparing to be an actress before she joined 2NE1. But the production which she was originally planned to debut in did not happen and she joined 2NE1 and is now promoting as a singer. But with her outstanding appearances and popularity, there has been a endless stream of ‘lovecalls’ for her to appear in movies and dramas. Already, she has appeared for the 1st episode of 2009 MBC drama ‘The Return of IlJiMae’. An official said, “Sandara Park had been an actress back when she was in the Philippines, she has also been studying up on acting, so the possibility for her appearing on the big screen is big. There are high chance that she will promote as a singer as well as an actress.”
The official also added, “Even though we have received many production proposals, we have not decided on anything yet. If there is a good opportunity, we not definitely not turn it down.”
As expected to YG, he'd always be very picky when it comes to these stuffs. He'd definitely picks opportunities that would be best for them. Now, if YG decides to reject the Step Up movie offering then I guess there's something else that he's looking for. It's quite exciting although quite a bit disappointing to turn down other offers. Heh. We'll just have to wait for his final decision.
It seems like comedian Lee Hwi Jae has something to say to our Sandara Park, although we have to find out sooner when someone would sub this. After our recent Dara fan boys ─ U-Kiss Alexander and Kevin, now another fan boy is yet to be added again. I now understand why YG had to propose the 5-year (only 3-year now) no boyfriend contract for our girls. With just Sandara Park alone, she has a very long list of fan boys already waiting to date her.
